Visiting the Museum of Nature and… the Arctic!

Last weekend my sister and I decided to take Willow to the Museum of Nature. It had been awhile since we had gone there and they had a new exhibit on called “Arctic Voices” so we decided it was the perfect way to spend a cold winter day.

Willow loves this museum mostly because of the dinosaurs and it fit perfectly as she is currently learning all about them at school. It seems like every day she is coming home to tell me about a new dinosaur (her favourite right now is the Triceratops and she thinks the T-Rex is scary!) so needless to say, she was quite excited to see the “real” dinosaurs up close and personal.

You’ll find some of my favourite photos from our excursion below.

We love that museum. My 3 year old daughter has taken to calling the big jellyfish “her baby”. We live in the neighbourhood so we get to visit her big baby quite often. It looks awesome all lit up at night. Such a fun place :)
